Looks like even 4 GB or RAM isn't going to help the stutter in Lock On. So, there's no point throwing more memory at this game. The stuttering might go away with a faster processor, but there's a slightly less expensive way - turn down some details. It might even bring the average frame rates up. Average frame rates of barely 30 fps isn't that comfortable to play with.
