One can see that this game / benchmark does scale with clock ever so slightly. However, it's not enough to be noticeable in game. The difference between E6550 and E6300 is very small, 2 to 3 frames on the P965. It is higher on the P35 with DDR2 and DDR3, but there's no difference between DDR2 and DDR3. A look at the table seem to show again the P35 favor the E6550.

The tables above confirmed what we saw with the earlier graph and table - P35 does favor the E6550 and not just in nominal performance, but also increases in performance. Unlike GTR2, we couldn't 'blame' this on driver bug. We've set Catalyst AI to Standard for this test so performance is where it should be (compared to Windows XP). Even more interesting is the fact that the increase in performance is larger with DDR3 and that the E6300 experience the same level of increase from 7 x 333 MHz to 6 x 400 MHz. Interesting, but alas, we couldn't explain this at this time.
